This place was like a second home! The workouts are awesome, no doubt. But the coaches, members, environment, and community are the reasons I love this place so much! I drive from Princeton because I love this place so much! Both coaches and athletes are nice and encouraging. Coaches do a great job at modifying if needed and watching for form. I had done CrossFit several years ago and had stopped and tried all sorts of boot camps and nothing compared to the rewarding workouts of CrossFit. I luckily came across CrossFit Lavon where I spend probably too much time after workouts talking to people. They have challenges and social events to encourage community for those who enjoy this.
