What is CrossFit?

Why is it better than commercial gym?

Besides perhaps an appealing price, commercial gyms, have very little to offer those who are actually interested in getting healthy.  Sure, they have a plethora of fancy machines, but the majority of people don’t understand how to use them or don’t necessarily want to be doing it by themselves. With the lack of knowledge and lack of motivation from a support team, people find that their motivation wanes after just a few visits and so do their results.  With CrossFit you have a coach with you at all times showing you how to properly use the equipment, showing you proper techniques, creating workouts for you daily, all the while keeping you motivated. With CrossFit all you have to do is show up.

Of course there is always the option to hire a personal trainer at a $50-100 an hour, but to be effective you would have to go 3 times a week at least, leaving you out roughly $600 a month, CrossFit provides the results of a personal trainer without the hefty price tag.
