Weekly Class Schedule

Coaches schedules rotate weekly to different classes. You will work with multiple coaches during any one class time. We do this to continually get a new set of eyes on you each time your workout.  Classes are all under 1 hour long.

Monday – Friday – 5, 6, 8, 10am   and   4:30, 5:30, 6:30
Saturday – 9am and 10am
Sunday – Open gym – 2-4

CrossFit Kids – Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm,  Saturday 10am
